My journey with clay began about 20 years ago with a short hand-building course and I have been drawn to it ever since. I am focussed on process rather than perfection, the endless possibilities that clay provides and I love experimenting. Working intuitively, I find that clay helps me to find a creative expression and work through difficult emotions associated with grief. Recently I have been exploring silk screen techniques, using my own images and transferring these onto clay. I am a novice wheel thrower. I can be found on instagram @studio.cogais
